Tuk Tuk Tumble Terms of Use

Effective: Last updated:

These terms are the rules for playing Tuk Tuk Tumble (“Tuk Tuk Tumble”, “we”, “us”). They apply to the Android app from Google Play and to the web version of the game, including when it is offered on a third-party game portal.

By downloading, installing or playing Tuk Tuk Tumble, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not play. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

Who can play

Tuk Tuk Tumble is made for players aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, please play only with permission from a parent or guardian, and ask them to read these terms and our Privacy Policy with you.

If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, your parent or guardian accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the game.

Your licence to play

We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play Tuk Tuk Tumble on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, as long as you follow these terms.

The game is licensed to you, not sold. We keep all rights that these terms do not expressly give you.

Fair play

Please play fair and respect the game. You must not:

  • copy, modify, translate or redistribute the game, or create works based on it, except as the law allows;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the game, except where the law allows this despite this rule;
  • cheat, use bots or modified versions of the game, or tamper with its files or saved data to get rewards you have not earned;
  • fake, automate or interfere with ads, or try to collect ad rewards without actually watching the ad;
  • attack, overload or try to get unauthorised access to our servers or systems;
  • sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise use the game commercially without our written permission;
  • remove or change any copyright, trademark or other notice in the game;
  • use the game in any way that breaks the law.

If you break these rules, we may stop providing the game, or some of its features, to you.

Coins, stars and garage items

Tuk Tuk Tumble has in-game items such as coins, stars, upgrades, paints and decorations. They are part of your licence to play, not property you own. They:

  • have no real-world money value;
  • cannot be exchanged for money, goods or anything outside the game, and cannot be sold or transferred to anyone else;
  • cannot be refunded.

Your progress is stored on your device, and in your own Android backup if you have it turned on. On the web version, it is stored in your browser. Your coins, stars, upgrades, paints and decorations may be lost if you uninstall the app, clear the game’s or your browser’s data, or lose your device. We do not have a copy, so we cannot restore them.

We may change how in-game items work, for example by rebalancing rewards or costs, to keep the game fair and fun.

Ads

Tuk Tuk Tumble is free to play and is supported by ads. In the app, ads come from Google AdMob. There are rewarded videos, which you choose to watch in return for an in-game reward, and, for players 13 and older, full-screen ads between deliveries. Players under 13 see only rewarded videos they choose to watch. There are no banner ads in the app.

On a third-party game portal, any ads are served by the portal under its own terms and privacy policy.

You get a reward when you watch a rewarded video as the game asks. If an ad does not load or is closed early, you may not get the reward.

Ads are made by third-party advertisers, who are responsible for them. Seeing an ad in Tuk Tuk Tumble does not mean we recommend the product. If you follow an ad to another app or website, that app or website’s own terms apply. How ads use information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Purchases

There are no in-app purchases in Tuk Tuk Tumble at launch. If we add optional purchases later, payments will be processed by Google Play under Google’s terms, and we will update these terms before purchases are added. We will never receive your card or bank details.

Who owns the game

Tuk Tuk Tumble, including its name, characters, art, animation, music, sound, levels, text and code, belongs to the developer of Tuk Tuk Tumble and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. These terms do not give you ownership of any part of the game.

Some parts of the game may use third-party software or content under licence. Those parts belong to their owners. Google, Google Play and AdMob are trademarks of Google LLC.

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

Availability and updates

We work hard to keep Tuk Tuk Tumble fun and working, but the game is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, free of errors or compatible with every device, or that your progress will never be lost.

We may update, change, suspend or stop the game or any feature at any time. Some updates may be needed to keep playing. Some features, such as ads, need an internet connection.

Limits on our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the consumer laws of the place where you live.

Subject to that, and to the extent allowed by Indian law:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of game progress, in-game items, data, profit or opportunity;
  • we are not liable for problems caused by your device, your internet connection, third-party services such as Google Play or ad networks, or events beyond our reasonable control;
  • our total liability to you for all claims relating to Tuk Tuk Tumble is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the game in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees).

Ending these terms

You can stop playing at any time by uninstalling the app or no longer using the web version. We may end your licence if you break these terms, or if we stop offering the game. The sections on fair play, in-game items, ownership, liability and governing law continue to apply after that.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we add features or when the law changes. The “Last updated” date at the top always shows the current version. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app or on this page before it takes effect.

If you keep playing after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, please stop playing and uninstall the game.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

If you have a problem, please contact us first. Most issues can be sorted out quickly and informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under law to bring a claim where you live.

General

  • These terms are between you and the developer of Tuk Tuk Tumble, not Google. Your use of Google Play is also subject to Google Play’s own terms.
  • If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about Tuk Tuk Tumble.
